To Make Brave, Crazy Families
I started this blog with the idea of bettering myself, my family, and my home.
In the process, I help other families in their desire to improve relationships, encourage hard work, feed creativity, and set goals to work toward together.
I hope to give you the courage to do things differently. To embrace homeschooling, projects, home-cooking, and other pursuits that can bring your family together.
People often say I’m “Brave” or “Crazy” to be doing what I do at home.
They’re both right.
And my mission is to help you forge a brave, crazy family too.
Who I Am
I’m a happily married mother and teacher to six amazing, crazy, adventurous kids.
My husband works from home too.
With 8 of us crammed into one house most days, things can get stressful.
So when things get on edge, we’ve learned to hit a trail, work on a project, or create an adventure together and relationships magically improve.
Every time.
My mother homeschooled me and my five siblings, so I’m paying it forward.
I learned the power of working hard together from my cattle-ranching father and of playing together from my outdoorsy, fun-loving mother.
For my family and yours, I’m seeking the perfect fusion of love of learning, hard work, and adventurous play.
